    Darío

    Darío Straschnoy 

    is the CEO. He was previously a partner and President of Young & Rubicam in Buenos Aires. He developed and led the operations of the entire Y&R Group (Young & Rubicam, Wunderman, Burson Masteller and Mec) in Argentina, turning it into the number one group in the country during his ten years in the role. He has worked for the following brands for over twenty years: Danone, Quilmes, Visa, Tulipán, Banco Galicia, DIRECTV, Farmacity and Musimundo, among others. Darío has been named several times as one of the 100 people with the best reputations in the country in the MERCO rankings.

    Juan

    Juan Pablo Rocha 

    is Director General of The Juju Colombia. For 17 years, he was President of J. Walter Thompson Colombia where he ran the global account for Kimberly Clark. Juan Pablo ran the re-election campaign for President Juan Manuel Santos and the victorious mayoral campaign for Enrique Peñalosa in Bogotá. At J. Walter Thompson he created a public relations company (Hill & Knowlton) and led the acquisition of Glue to form the JWT Colombia Group.
    In addition to his professional activities, Juan Pablo is Deacon of the School of Advertising at the Universidad Sergio Arboleda.

    Nathalie

    Nathalie Folco 

    is the General Manager of The Juju Brasil. She has eight years' experience in digital communications. She developed her career at IPG, working on Analytics for clients such as Aon, Bayer CropScience, Electronic Arts, Hyperapharma, Itaú and TIM. Further on, she was responsible for the areas of Digital Content and Creativity, being responsible for multidisciplinary projects focused on innovation, data science and digital strategy. She has a degree in Social Communications from the Cásper Líbero University.

    Andrés

    Andrés Norato 

    is The Juju Colombia's CCO and partner. He has 14 years’ experience working in advertising for product, service and governmental brands. He has featured in over 300 competitions recognizing effectiveness and creativity at major advertising festivals across the world. He has led the creative teams at 3 agencies, taking responsibility for brands ATL, BTL and in the Digital realm. In 2012 he independently set up perhaps the first social network-based content platform in Colombia which he called the 140 Character Film Festival, an idea that had an impact in more than 25 countries and that was included on the WARC list as one of the Best Ideas in the World.

    Nicolás

    Nicolás Zarlenga 

    is CCO and partner at The Juju Argentina. He has more than 14 years of experience. Previously, he has held the position of Regional Creative Director at HOY and Creative Director at DAVID and Ponce Buenos Aires. Nicolás has been working in partnership with Federico Plaza Montero for over 8 years. Together, they have created renowned ideas for brands, such as Axe, Burger King, Rexona, Impulse, Peugeot, Citroën, Tedx, Netflix, Starbucks, Stella Artois, Olx, LG, IRSA, Clarín, Nike, LinkedIn, Forbes and Milkaut, among others. They have been awarded in several festivals, like: Cannes, D&AD, Webby, LIA, Fiap, Art Directors Club, New York Festival, London Festival, One Show, El Ojo and Diente.

    is CCO and partner at The Juju Argentina.     Eugenia

    Eugenia Slosse 

    is Regional Director. Eugenia has been in the field of advertising for more than twenty years as a team leader executing communications campaigns. She has worked for a wide variety of products and services including Unilever, DirecTV, Banco Galicia, Danone, Jumbo Retail, Movistar, AB Imbev, and Shoppings of IRSA, among others. She spent much of her career working
    alongside Darío at Young & Rubicam Buenos Aires where her role as General Director of Accounts was key to the agency’s success. She also headed up the new business department and in 2014 joined the Untold_ team. Eugenia has won the Jerry Goldenberg prize for her performance.

    Paula

    Paula Medina Rivero 

    is an accounts group director. She has more than ten years’ experience in the integration of different strategic areas such as advertising, digital communications, branding and PR. She has led both local and regional campaigns for different product and service categories including consumer goods, retail, entertainment, financial services and government. She has worked for clients such as DirecTV Latam, Quaker Latam, Toddy/Chokis Latam, Coppel Group, L’Oréal, Buenos Aires City Government, Barrick Gold, Unilever Latam, Banco Provincia and Puma Energy.

    Guadalupe

    Guadalupe Fuertes 

    is PR Brand Director. She joined the team to provide a comprehensive strategic perspective, sharing her expertise in lifestyle, fashion and beauty. She previously worked as Account Director at Urban Grupo de Comunicación for mass market brands. For the past 12 years, she has worked in communications, sharing her distinctive perspective with fashion and beauty brands and also taking part in the organization of high profile industry events.

    Martín

    Martín Straschnoy 

    is a business development director. He has a degree from Parsons School of Design in New York and he started his career at Young & Rubicam in 2006. During his 5 years in the agency, he went from Clients Services intern to Digital Practice Supervisor overseeing the entire operation of the department. Later on, he also worked at DIRECTV Latin America in New York at a regional level. Throughout his years in the industry, Martin has worked for clients such as Movistar, Coca-Cola DIRECTV, LATAM Airlines, Quilmes, Musimundo, Visa, Danone, Banco Galicia, Olé, Alto Palermo and TyC Sports among others.

    Lucila

    Lucila Castellani 

    is COO of The Juju Argentina. Previously, she was Head of Client Services & Business Development at HOY, where she contributed to the company's rise to the fourth place among the country's best agencies. Before that, she was regional Brand Manager for Coca-Cola at The Coca-Cola Company and responsible for the direction of Coca-Cola's business units in South Latin, Europe and Asia at DAVID Buenos Aires. She also worked at Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi and La Comunidad. With more than 15 years of experience in the Advertising industry, worked for clients like MACMA, IRSA, Unicenter, Gobierno de la Ciudad, Burger King and Emirates Airlines, among others.

    Sol

    Sol Garrós 

    is Director of Strategy. She has more than 10 years’ experience working in advertising having previously held positions at JWT, Ogilvy Action and Geometry Argentina, as well as being part of the Integrated Marketing Communications team at Coca-
    Cola Argentina where she worked on strategies for branding, shopper marketing and digital planning. She has handled accounts for Kimberly Clark, Unilever, CCU, Diageo, Cinemark, Energizer, Volkswagen and Wendy’s, among others.

    Francisco

    Francisco Ibarrola 

    is a Creative Director. He worked for Arcor, Jeep, Fiat, Walmart, Samsung and Isenbeck at Leo Burnett Buenos Aires after brief periods at Grey and McCann. Five years later, he joined Young & Rubicam Buenos Aires, working for Arcor, Movistar, Quilmes, Musimundo and Olé. In his career he has won the FIAP, Clarín, Diente, Wave and El Ojo de Iberoamérica Awards.

    Matías

    Matías Aguilú 

    is a Creative Director. He began his career at Grey Buenos Aires in 2007. Later he joined La Comunidad Buenos Aires, where he was art director for two years. He then moved to Young & Rubicam Buenos Aires and two years later joined DAVID Buenos Aires. Finally, in 2015 he went to The Juju as Creative Director. During his career, he has won several international awards and worked with clients such as Coca-Cola, P&G, Musimundo, Unilever, Playboy, CCU, La Nación and Arcor, among others.

    Alejandro

    Alejandro Dieguez 

    is a Creative Director. He started his career at Grey, then worked at Don, Publicis, Young & Rubicam Buenos Aires and David. In 2015 he joined The Juju, spent a brief period at Grey and eventually re-joined The Juju as Creative Director. In his career he has worked for Quilmes, Olé, Banco Galicia, Alto Palermo, Sidra Real and Burger King, among others.

    Joaquín

    Joaquín Etchegaray 

    is a Creative Director. He started working in advertising in 2011 at Young & Rubicam Buenos Aires, where he was Art Director for three years. He then moved on to DAVID The Agency for a year, joining The Juju in 2016 as Art Director. After working at the agency for two years and a six-month stint at Grey Argentina he re-joined The Juju as Creative Director. In his career he has worked for clients such as Banco Galicia, Alto Palermo, Quilmes, Olé, TyC Sports, GCBA, CCU and Burger King, among others.

    Nicolás

    Nicolás Feldman  

    is Senior Art Director at The Juju Argentina. He previously worked alongside Juan Marzari Bellusci as creative duo in La América and HOY (Havas agency). Together they worked for brands such as Lucchetti, Quilmes, Forbes, Fanta, Milkaut, Netflix and Publicidar, among others, and were chosen to represent the country at the Young Lions Competition of the 66th edition of the 2019 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Nico holds a Degree in Advertising from the University of Palermo and he took the annual creativity course at Brother.

    Marcha

    Juan Marzari Bellusci  

    is Senior Editor for The Juju Argentina. Before joining The Juju, together with Nicolas Feldman they creatively worked in La América and HOY. They created ideas for brands such as Lucchetti, Quilmes, Forbes, Fanta, Milkaut, Netflix and Publicidar, among others, and were selected to represent the country at the Young Lions Competition of the 66th edition of the 2019 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. "Marcha" studied Letters at the UBA, Advertising at the University of Palermo, Creativity in Brother and currently studies at El Laboratorio de Guion. He was also editor of La Nación (an Argentinian newspaper).

    Iara

    Iara Gauna García 

    is a Junior Creative. She studied at the Universidad de la Cuenca del Plata, and was also trained at the Brother Buenos Aires school of creatives.

    Evelyn

    Evelyn Sánchez 

    is a Junior Creative. She is currently pursuing an Advertising degree at the Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora. Evelyn was also trained at the Brother Buenos Aires school of creatives.

    Micaela

    Micaela Pedrazzini 

    is a Directorial Assistant. Before joining the agency, Micaela worked at Cencosud, where she was assistant to the president for more than four years. Previously she was directorial assistant at Ceicom (Grupo Indra) for over four years.

    Soledad

    Soledad García Eugui 

    is Head of Finance. Having graduated from the UBA as a Public Accountant, she began her career at the family accounting firm and then joined the finance team at TYC Sports. She moved into advertising business administration when she started to work at Young & Rubicam Buenos Aires in 2010. There, she worked in the Administrative Reporting and Control Department before being promoted to Head of Finance.

    Carla

    Carla Ballestero 

    is chief financial officer. She holds a Public Accountant degree from the UBA. Previously, she worked as chief account for agencies in the IPG Group, such as FCB, R/GA and Mercado McCann, and as controller for McCann BA.

    Micaela

    Micaela Picco 

    is Head of Production. She studied Cinema Direction at the Universidad del Cine and has a technical degree in Audiovisual Media from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. She previously worked as an Audiovisual Producer at DDB Argentina where she produced national, regional and international campaigns.

    Belén

    Belén Cruz 

    is an Account Supervisor. Before joining The Juju Belén worked for 3 years as Account Supervisor at Niña for Banco Patagonia. Before that, she was Account Executive at di Paola Latina for Huawei, ADT and Roche and Community Manager. He studied Advertising at Universidad del Salvador.

    Yisela

    Yisela Suau 

    is an account coordinator. She has a degree in Public Relations from the UCA. She previously worked at the agency Alurralde, Jasper as Coordinator of Brand PR for the accounts Banco Galicia, Hilton Buenos Aires, Ushuaia destino, Cerro Castor, Arcos Dorados Argentina and McDonald´s, Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes and Megatlon. She also worked at the consultancies Asuntos Públicos Tandem SG and Urban.

    Manuela

    Manuela Sallent 

    works as Corporate Communication Executive. She previously worked at Mazalán Comunicaciones as Account Executive for tech companies such as Asus, Workana, Napse, Nutanix, among others. Manuela holds a Journalistic Communication degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina.

    Rocío

    Rocío Regueiro Torraca 

    is a Brand Executive. She previously worked at the Ketchum Agency for the accounts Adecco, Hilton Buenos Aires, Skyscanner, J&J and BMS, among others. She has a degree in Public and Institutional Relations from the UADE, and is also studying in the comprehensive programme in Digital Marketing at Chuck Digital School.

    Julieta Aguirre 

    is a Brand Manager. Julieta has a degree in Public and Institutional Relations from the UADE and is a member of the Youth Commission at CPRP. She previously worked as an Account Executive at Full PR, where she worked for accounts such as: Consultatio Real Estate (Nordelta, Puertos, Las Garzas), Desarrolladora Jack Green and Grupo Haras del Sur, among others.

    Alessandra Tipiani  

    is a Social Media Manager. She studied Advertising at the Universidad del Salvador. She previously worked as a freelance Social Media Manager at the Wiper Agency for the Cencosud and Acer Latinoamérica shopping centres.

    Federico Gimenez 

    is a Graphic Designer. He has a degree in Advertising from the UADE and began his professional career at the Madre Agency as a graphic producer and subsequently as graphic designer. He has worked for clients such as Quilmes, Lucchetti, 7UP, Mixxtail, Becker and Banco Hipotecario, among others.

    Nicolás

    Nicolás Giarracca 

    is an audiovisual producer having studied Audiovisual Design at the UP. He previously worked at R/GA Buenos Aires as Associate Producer on projects for Nike Argentina, Rexona and ESPN, among others.

    Lucía

    Lucía Ruiz Díaz 

    is a Designer. She previously worked as a Graphic Designer at Kimei Marketing Digital and graduated in Graphic Design from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA).

    Florencia

    Florencia Herrero 

    is an Account Executive. She studied Advertising at the Universidad de Belgrano and currently studies Graphic Design at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She previously worked for a year and a half at BBDO as an Account Assistant and two years at Wunderman as an Executive where she headed up the Movistar Account.

    Candela

    Candela Miraglia 

    is an Account Assistant. Candela studied Advertising and Advertising Business Administration at the IES Siglo 21 University College in Córdoba. She began her professional career at Eje Publicitaria and later joined the integral communication agency Quintana Comunicación, where she worked as Account Assistant and creative editor and reviser. She speaks English and Italian.

    Ereidis Chacón  

    is an Administrative Assistant. She has a degree in Public Accountancy from the UAH-Venezuela and has worked at the accountancy studio Solano Flores and BFO in Venezuela. In Argentina she worked as an accounts analyst for the Furlone Studio. Ereidis Chacón is an Administrative Assistant. Before that, she worked at Puig as a Trainee for both the Marketing Lifestyle and PR departments, collaborating for brands such as Antonio Banderas, Benetton, Rapsodia and Pachá. Victoria is currently studying to gain a degree in Public and Institutional Relations at UADE University.

    works part time in the Accounting Department and is currently pursuing a Public Accounting degree at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She previously worked as administrative employee at Gestión Laboral.

    José Luis Rivero 

    is Head of Operations. Jose’s entire career has been spent in the field of advertising. When he was 19, he started work for different firms and in 2015 he joined The Juju.

    Tati Spodek 

    is a receptionist. She is a professional make-up artist, having graduated from the Fx Primera Escuela Argentina de Efectos Especiales. She has done professional make-up work for different media including TV, theatre and photography shoots, and runs her own blog on Make-up, Beauty and Fashion, creating all the multimedia content it features. She is currently studying Audiovisual Design at FADU.

    Candela Segovia  

    works as receptionist. Candela is currently pursuing a Psychology degree at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She previously worked as a pollster at Call & Contact Center and at Amnesty International as donor finder.
